Summary of Options
Group Courses
I am currently offering meditation courses in small groups for Mind Calm Meditation and Body Calm Meditation. The small group numbers mean you get as close as possible to one-to-one training at a fraction of the cost. The courses run once a week over a four week period for Mind Calm and Body Calm, so there’s no need to commit to months of training as I want you to start experiencing the benefits as soon as possible! Each session is about two hours long and they are held on a midweek evening. Once you have completed the course, you are eligible to attend Calm Gatherings as often as you like for a very small booking fee per session. Occasionally there are also one day courses available on a Saturday or two half days on two consecutive Saturdays.

One-to-One Coaching
If you would prefer a more tailored and personal coaching experience, I also offer one-to-one coaching. This can either be in Reading, where I am based, or over the internet on a video call if you don’t live within travelling distance of Reading. One-to-one coaching allows me to make the sessions more personal and relevant to your situation and experiences and to assist with any specific challenges you may be facing. It is available for meditation coaching, Mind Detox, Calm Coaching and ongoing support.
The one-to-one meditation coaching is usually delivered in four sessions of up to two hours each and is available for both Mind Calm and Body Calm. Alternative timings can also be arranged to suit the individual.
Mind Detox is initially delivered in four sessions of one hour each and then further sessions can be purchased on an hourly basis.
Calm Coaching and ongoing support is available on an hourly basis.
Ongoing Support
Group Calm Gatherings are held at regular intervals and are only open to people who have completed a course or received one-to-one meditation training. At a gathering we meditate together, you can share your meditation experiences with others and I can help you with any questions you may have. They are a great opportunity to stay connected and to continue to learn and they last about an hour. You are also then eligible to attend special events and additional workshops with the group.
One-to-one follow-up sessions are also available for anyone who would like to deepen their experience or would like some extra guidance.

Prices
Group Courses
The four week group Mind Calm course is £120 and this includes writing materials and a voucher to attend a Calm Gathering for free. Once you have completed Mind Calm you can attend a Body Calm Course for a discounted rate.
One-to-One Coaching
A four session course for meditation coaching is £395 and this includes writing materials, a free Mind Calm or Body Calm book and CD and a voucher to attend a Calm Gathering for free.
Mind Detox is initially four sessions of an hour each and is £195. Further sessions can then be purchased at the Ongoing Support rate.
Calm Coaching is available at £55 per hour.
Ongoing Support
Follow-up sessions are £55 for an hour.
Calm Gatherings are only £5 to book a place.
