
One-to one coaching is available for meditation coaching, Mind Detox, Calm Coaching and ongoing support. The one-to-one experience allows me to tailor the sessions to you and your particular circumstances, issues and questions. It is a much more personal experience and the sessions are arranged at mutually convenient times rather than at a set time like group courses. One-to-one sessions can either take place in Reading, where I am based, or by Skype or Zoom if you don’t live within travelling distance of Reading.
One-to-One Meditation Coaching
This is usually delivered in four sessions of up to two hours each and can be tailored to your own particular issues or challenges. Alternative timings can also be arranged to suit the individual. The pace of the coaching is determined by the questions asked and issues raised in each session, making it a much more personal experience than the group courses. Once you have completed this training you are eligible to attend the group Calm Gatherings for ongoing support if you wish to as the coaching will include the same techniques as those taught on a group course. Ongoing support is also available on a one-to-one basis if you want to dive in deeper and expand your experience further. The meditation coaching includes writing materials, a free Mind Calm or Body Calm book and CD and a voucher to attend a Calm Gathering for free.
Mind Detox Coaching
This is initially delivered in four sessions of one hour each and is completely tailored to your own particular issues or challenges. Mind Detox is a personal transformation technique that heals the hidden causes of physical, emotional and life problems by discovering and resolving the unhealthy beliefs that are negatively impacting your health, wealth and happiness. As a coach, I will guide you through this process step-by-step to help you to ‘reprogram’ the unhealthy beliefs that are the root cause of your problems. After the initial four sessions, further sessions can be purchased on an hourly basis as required.
Calm Coaching

Calm Coaching is highly personalised depending on your requirements and objectives, which we will establish together. During these sessions I will draw on all my training and experience from different modalities to deliver a highly bespoke service. We can explore what you really want in life and how to achieve that from a position of calm. This is a deeply individual experience that can help you to resolve areas of your life with which you are in conflict. It can assist you to move past parts of your life where you feel ‘stuck’ or uncertain of where to go next, which path to take. It can help give you a fresh perspective on your life and start to experience your life in a different way. These sessions are on an hourly basis.
One-to-One Ongoing Support
Perhaps you want to explore the meditation teachings and techniques further, deepen and widen your meditation experience or would like some help with specific issues? That is what one-to-one ongoing support is for. It is available on an hourly basis so I can tailor the content totally to your particular area of interest, questions or challenges and is always arranged at a mutually convenient time. People often use this one-to-one support when they are faced with a particular challenge with which they feel they need a little extra help. It is also useful for exploring the possibilities and experiences of meditation and the teaching in greater depth when you have had a period of time practicing the meditation techniques for yourself and feel ready to learn more.
