Ongoing Support

Unlike so many courses you do in life, Calm Meditation Courses really do have accessible, affordable and continuing ongoing support. This comes a variety of forms, including Calm Gatherings which I host at regular intervals and are only open to people who have completed a course or received one-to-one meditation training. They are group meetings during which we meditate together, you can share your meditation experiences with others, I can help you with any questions you may have and you continue to learn. They are a great opportunity to stay connected, keep motivated and expand your experience. They are on a weekday evening and they last about an hour and a half. You can attend as many of these as you like for a small booking fee per session.

Once you have completed the meditation training you are also eligible to attend special events and additional workshops with my Calm Gathering group. So far, we have had a variety of group outings and even a movie night, with more planned for the future.

Follow-up one-to-one sessions are also available for anyone who would like to deepen their experience in a particular direction or would like some extra individual guidance. These are on an hourly rate basis and are arranged at a mutually convenient time, daytime or evening.

There is also support available from the wider Calm Community which you can access via Facebook on the Calm Community Facebook page or you can join the Calm Community membership group itself and benefit from all the additional teaching and resources provided by Sandy. The Calm Community consists of hundreds of like-minded people who are learning or practicing Mind Calm & Body Calm, Mind Detox or Calm Cure and all share the same goal of wanting to experience more peace, love and joy in their lives. The community is diverse, has members all over the world and is hugely supportive.
